Fill out the circle with any color that you think best reflects your day. Do it at the end of your day, and do it everyday. Here, you must not be able to see the circle of day before. The purpose of this exercise is, by looking at the colors you chose everyday, you can spot similarity and difference in your moods, and what kind of color you generally associate with certain moods.
At the end or start of the day, take a video of you or what you see. Record your thoughts with your voice and video. Talk about what was memorable in your day, who frustrated you , what made you happy, anything. You can do this twice a day, 40 seconds to 1 minute each time, and save them to separate folder. This is to see what kinds of things consist your daily life, what makes you feel sad, what makes you feel good, etc. Through this exercise, we get to have closer insight to your life.
The map is to determine where people travel to the most.
This exercise consists of three parts :
1) A simplified map of seoul where you can mark the general districts that you travel to.
2) The subway map where you’ll mark the routes you took
3) a map that shows what types of areas you associate with typical theme. Parks or city areas, residential places or restaurants and shopping areas.
The image of the map will be provided in the similar form of the first picture. Unlike other exercises, this won’t take long.
